By placing an order through our online store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Products and Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, sizes, colours and other product information are accurate and up to date.
Due to differences in screens and devices, colours shown on your screen may differ slightly from the actual product.
Minor variations in appearance, colour or material that do not affect the essential characteristics or functionality of a product do not constitute a defect.
4. Availability
All products are offered subject to availability.
If a product ordered by you is unexpectedly unavailable after the order has been placed, we will inform you as soon as possible.
If we are unable to fulfil the order, any payments already made for the unavailable product will be refunded.
5. Prices
All prices displayed in our online store are stated in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable statutory VAT where required by law.
Shipping costs, if applicable, are shown separately before you complete your order.
The total price payable by you will be displayed before the order is submitted.
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply where required by the applicable law. Any such charges will be handled in accordance with the shipping and tax arrangements applicable to the destination country.
6. Ordering and Conclusion of the Contract
The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
By submitting an order through the online checkout, you make a binding offer to purchase the products selected by you.
After submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation or by dispatching the ordered goods, whichever occurs first.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in justified cases, for example where a product is unavailable, a pricing or technical error has occurred, or there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the amount paid will be refunded using the original payment method where possible.
7. Payment
We offer the payment methods displayed during the checkout process.
Payment must be completed using one of the available payment methods before the order is dispatched, unless otherwise stated.
Payment processing may be carried out by third-party payment service providers such as Shopify Payments and PayPal. Their respective terms and privacy policies may also apply.
8. Delivery
Orders are generally dispatched using DHL or another suitable delivery service.
For deliveries within Germany, the expected delivery time is generally 2–4 business days, unless a different delivery period is stated for the relevant product or order.
Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination country, carrier and customs procedures.
Any delivery estimates are non-binding unless expressly agreed otherwise.
If a delivery is delayed, we will inform you where appropriate.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method selected.
The shipping information displayed at checkout forms part of the purchase agreement.
10. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer within the meaning of applicable consumer protection law, you generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes mandatory statutory consumer rights.
11. Returns and Refunds
If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, the rules described in our Right of Withdrawal policy apply.
For defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered products, your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

12. Statutory Warranty Rights
We are liable for defects in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions.
Consumers are entitled to the statutory rights available to them in their country of residence.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits statutory consumer warranty rights.

13. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages arising from:
- injury to life, body or health;
- intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty;
- mandatory statutory liability; and
- liability under applicable product liability laws.
For other breaches of duty caused by ordinary negligence, our liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract, where legally permissible.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
14. Intellectual Property
All content available through the BCK2EDN online store, including logos, graphics, photographs, designs, texts, product images and other materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or commercially use our content without our prior written permission, unless permitted by mandatory law.
15. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional offers, discount codes and special campaigns may be subject to additional conditions stated with the relevant promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions and cannot be exchanged for cash.
We reserve the right to correct obvious errors and to terminate promotional offers where required for legal or technical reasons.
Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
16. Applicable Law
German law applies to the contractual relationship, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
For consumers residing in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive them of the protection provided by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence where such provisions apply.
17. Alternative Dispute Resolution
The European Union provides information about consumer dispute resolution and online dispute resolution through its official consumer information services.
We are not obligated and, unless required by law, do not undertake to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Mandatory statutory provisions shall apply in place of any invalid or unenforceable provision where required by law.
20. Changes to These Terms & Conditions
We may update these Terms & Conditions where necessary, for example to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements or business operations.
The version applicable to your order is the version in force at the time the purchase contract is concluded.
