Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, received the goods.

If you ordered several goods as part of one order and these goods are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, received the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email or by post.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal electronically through the withdrawal function provided in our online store, where available.

You can request a return or cancellation through your Costumer Account

If you use the electronic withdrawal function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal request on a durable medium, such as email, without undue delay.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery.

We are not required to reimburse any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.

For goods, however, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you.

You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Return of Goods

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from the contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated by us, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of postage until the return has been completed.

Handling of the Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Please return clothing in a clean and hygienic condition and, where reasonably possible, with original tags and packaging.

Removing packaging or trying on clothing does not by itself affect your statutory right of withdrawal.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in cases where an applicable legal exception exists.

For example, the right of withdrawal may not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.

Our standard BCK2EDN clothing products are not individually personalised products merely because they carry our brand or standard designs.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Right of Withdrawal policy limits or excludes any mandatory statutory consumer rights.

Where applicable law provides consumers with additional or more favourable rights, those rights remain unaffected.
