1. Returns
We want you to be happy with your BCK2EDN order.
If you are a consumer, you generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. Details of this right, including how to exercise it, are set out in our Right of Withdrawal policy.
In addition to your statutory rights, returns are handled according to the return conditions described below.
2. Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving the last item of your order, in accordance with our applicable return rules and your statutory right of withdrawal.
You can initiate a return or cancellation through our online Returns & Cancellations function where available.
3. Condition of Returned Items
Please handle products only to the extent necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Clothing may be tried on in the same way that would reasonably be possible in a physical store.
Returned products should be:
- unworn, except for reasonable inspection or fitting;
- clean and hygienic;
- free from damage caused by use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product; and
- returned with original tags and packaging where reasonably possible.
Removing packaging or trying on an item does not by itself invalidate your statutory right of withdrawal.
If the value of a product has been diminished because it was handled beyond what was necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and functioning, you may be liable for that diminished value where permitted by applicable law.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods when exercising the statutory right of withdrawal.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
If a product is defective, damaged upon arrival, incorrect, or otherwise covered by statutory warranty rights, please contact us before returning the item. In such cases, the applicable statutory rights and cost rules apply.
5. Refunds
Once we receive the returned goods, or receive sufficient evidence that you have sent them back, we will process the refund in accordance with applicable law.
When exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us.
We are not required to reimburse additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery option.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, contains a defective product, or you receive an item that you did not order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include:
- your order number;
- a description of the issue; and
- photographs of the product and packaging where appropriate.
We will review the issue and provide the appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory rights.
7. Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges for a different size, colour or product.
If you would like a different item, you may return the original item in accordance with the applicable return and withdrawal rules and place a new order for the desired item.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
8. Items Excluded from Returns
Our standard BCK2EDN clothing products are generally eligible for return subject to the applicable statutory requirements.
Where a statutory exception to the right of withdrawal applies, the relevant exception will apply.
Standard BCK2EDN branding or standard designs do not make a product a personalised item.

10. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy limits or excludes any mandatory statutory consumer rights.
Your statutory rights relating to withdrawal, conformity, defects, refunds and remedies remain unaffected.
